According to the survey results, 78% of employers believe that the increased costs associated with healthcare reform legislation makes it more important to keep employees healthy. According to new stipulations with the laws, employers are free to offer more financial incentives than they had been previously. Though many employers plan on targeting physical well-being, there is more of a push to emphasize financial well-being as well, since the stress of finances can spill over into other areas of health and well-being.
