Summary

This article extends a model of work-family conflict by investigating the impact of three types of time management behavior on relationships and work-family conflict. Moreover, the relationship between work-family conflict and employee outcomes (job satisfaction and health complaints) was investigated. Results based on a sample of 522 workers supported the positive impact of time management behavior on employee outcomes
